We have immediate openings for 2nd Shift. Overtime opportunities available. Job Duties : Our Quality Control Liaisons act as a bridge between the MARTIN warehouse and our OEM Customer.

They work primarily in the OEM manufacturing plant, assisting with quality control and containment. This is a mid-level to experienced job opportunity, with the perfect candidate having some experience working in an Automotive OEM Manufacturing Plant.

This position requires a lot of walking and being on your feet for an entire shift. You will be working directly with the production line to determine where quality containment is needed, and relaying that information back to our warehouse.

Responsibilities include : Quality support in automotive manufacturing plant and warehouse Communication with OEM and Tier customers regarding supplier quality issues Strong understanding of quality problem-solving tools and methodologies Accurate completion of daily reports Develop and maintain positive customer and network relationships Work with a positive attitude in a team environment Qualifications : 2+ years of college or technical training preferred 5+ years’ experience in production / assembly plant environment Prior automotive manufacturing experience Strong understanding of the automotive supplier / customer relationship Capable of briskly walking plant floor for extended time periods Strong reading and comprehension skills Proven proficiency with the following : (EXCEL, WORD, and OUTLOOK) Highly self-motivated Customer focused Strong attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication Ability to problem-solve and offer sound solutions Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Email Full-time position, with benefits.
