We’re searching for a Carmel, IN based Technical Implementation Analyst to join our professional services team, so that we can provide further support to customers of our Policy Stat product The Technical Implementation Analyst will lead technical implementation projects to ensure our Policy Stat customers are set up for success.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

Act as both a trusted guide and project coordinator to assist clients in the software onboarding process

Lead integration process of Policy Stat product in order to integrate with client’s network

Assist to configure our SaaS environment to work seamlessly with the client environment

Deliver training via webinar to customers in order to ensure optimal, efficient use of product

Advocate for clients’ needs to the product team to assist in process of finding a solution

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Proven success in a position that involved communicating strategically with customers as well as problem solving

In-depth knowledge on web-based applications and SAML / SSO

Ability to commute to Carmel, IN a few days a week

Sincere interest in the success of our customers

A knack for working autonomously within a customer-focused environment
