Ricerchiamo un* Sales Associate da inserire in uno dei nostri stores di Milano . Responsabilit :
Il / la Sales Associate, riportando all* Store Manager si occuper delle seguenti attivit :
- Assistere i / le nostr* Clienti, soddisfando le loro esigenze e garantendo loro uneccellente esperienza allinterno dello store;
- Apprendere e condividere le conoscenze relative ai prodotti e alle tendenze, al fine di soddisfare le esigenze della clientela;
- Stimolare le vendite garantendo la corretta implementazione degli standard aziendali di Visual Merchandising in collaborazione con il dipartimento di Visual Merchandising.
- Contribuire a creare ad un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e positivo.

- Buone capacit comunicative ed empatiche per coinvolgere i / le Clienti e garantire loro uneccellente Customer Experience;
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra ;
- Approccio curioso e proattivo;
- Buone capacit di problem solving;
- Flessibilit e disponibilit al lavoro festivo e nel week-end;
- Iscrizione alla lista delle Categorie Protette (Legge 68 / 99).
