Where you will work :

The Lewiston mill is the largest of Clearwater Paper’s facilities, producing both paperboard and tissue product, and boasting over 1200 talented employees.

Approximately two hours away from Clearwater Paper’s headquarters in Spokane, Washington, the Lewiston paper mill is a key component in Clearwater Paper’s business strategy.

This location offers employees an opportunity to learn both sides of the business while influencing key business decisions and outcomes.

Located on the border of Idaho and Washington, Lewiston provides a host of opportunities for those who love the outdoors including fishing, boating, camping, and skiing.

What you will do :

Administrative Support

  • Facilitates, prioritizes and schedules business communications between senior leaders, managers, staff, and outside business contacts by coordinating meetings, including preparing presentations, coordinating catering and equipment.
  • Routes incoming correspondence as appropriate; prepare ingoing / outgoing mail, including email, faxes, and UPS shipments.
  • Prepares confidential correspondence for manager(s) and his / her direct reports
  • Organizes and maintains effective filing systems and records
  • Processes and reviews expense reports & travel arrangements

Management Support

  • Generates performance reports for managers, including scorecards, weekly and monthly reports
  • Works cooperatively with various team(s) at all levels in efforts to better focus strategies for improvement
  • Participates in employee and community involvement teams
  • Works with teams in creating high level presentations

Special Projects

  • Assist sales / marketing with schedules, set-up and organization for customer visits
  • Participates in special projects as assigned

What you will need :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience of office administrative experience required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and have exceptional organizational skills, be self-motivated, able to set priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Customer service oriented supporting a diverse customer group.
  • Previous report generation, leadership support and analytical skills desired.
  • Self-directed and high initiative with ability to handle variety of tasks in a 24 / 7 manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to work with a diverse group of people in a professional manner and be able to handle several work tasks concurrently.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and have exceptional organizational skills, be self-motivated, able to set priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Customer service oriented supporting a diverse customer group.

Total Reward Details :

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience among other factors.

Benefits are generally available after 30 days and include medical, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, employee assistance program, and 401k plan.

Paid time off will include vacation days, personal days, and company holidays.
