The Role :

• Project Planning and Scheduling : Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines. Ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and deadlines, and manage adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Facilitate communication and collaboration among various departments, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain.

Ensure that all teams are aligned with project objectives and timelines.

Resource Management : Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

Ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively to meet project requirements.

• Budget and Cost Control : Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and manage financial aspects of the project. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure that the project remains within financial constraints.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project's success. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address and resolve problems proactively.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, status updates, and records of decisions and changes.

Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.

Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure that the project complies with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality guidelines.

Monitor quality control processes and work with the engineering team to address any quality issues that arise.

Qualifications :

• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree. Project Management, Business Administration, or Communications preferred.
• Atlassian Products : Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
• Tableau : Proficiency in using Tableau for data visualization and creating actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Smartsheets : Experience with Smartsheets for project management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Data Analytics : Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation to support project decisions and performance tracking.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, present reports, and interact with stakeholders.
• Time Management : Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-Motivation : Demonstrated self-driven approach with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain high levels of productivity.
• Goal Orientation : Strong focus on achieving project goals and objectives, with a track record of setting and meeting targets and delivering results.
