Health Care Associates and Community Care Givers -
We are looking for dedicated 3rd shift LPN's and RN's who want to help provide care for our medically fragile children in their homes in the SE Grand Rapids area, as well as provide a positive, and encouraging atmosphere.
Part time, full time, and prn positions are avaliable in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas on all shifts.
What you will do :
- Provide daily basic cares
- Administer medications
- Trach care / suctioning
- G-tube feeds
- O2 administration
- Documentation
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need :
- A valid LPN or RN license
- Current CPR
- Pediatric experience is helpful but not necessary (We can train you)
