The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their shift, ensuring a high level of service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff during assigned shifts.Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist in training and onboarding new employees.Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly.
Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate transactions.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate with the management team to improve service efficiency and quality.
Qualifications : Previous experience in a supervisory role within food service or a related field.Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.Serve Safe certificationBenefits : Competitive hourly pay ($19 - $20 per hour).
