n We are Now Hiring a Reservationist in Redwood City, CA! n

Transdev is proud to offer : n

• $20.50 to $26.50 / per hour (DOE)*Subject to Union Contract

n Responsibilities : n

• nAnswered customer phone calls and scheduled rides using the scheduling system. n
• nEnter new customer information and changes into the system n
• nCommunicate late vehicle service and verify No Shows with customers n
• nResolve service-related complaints n
• nCreate daily route maps of reservations for the drivers n

n Requirements : n

• nHigh school diploma or GED n
• n2 years of reservationist or customer service experience n
• nComputer literate with the capacity to learn new software n
• Ability to operate standard telephone system
• nExcellent communication and listening skills n
