Machine Operator 2nd / 3rd Shift
Job Description
- Multiple openings across machine operation and quality needs
- Candidates will be working alone or with a helper
- Responsible for keeping machines running and tracking how they run / are operating
- Loading materials in and out of machines
- Working with rackers to ensure parts are properly built for the furnaces
- Taking parts to the quality lab to be checked
Hard Skills
- Manufacturing or industrial experience required (3+ years)
- Previous machine operation required (will not accept people from assembly plants, such as Dana / Stellantis / Chrysler)
- Must be able to work overtime
- Must be able to train on day shift
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Toledo, Ohio.
Work Environment
- Mid size employer
- Heat treating company working with metals for automotive, entertainment (roller coasters) and other industries
- Openings on 2nd and 3rd shift
- Pusher 3 Operator - 3rd (Train 1st 2-3 Months)
- Batch Operator - 2nd (Train 1st 3 months)
- Positions pay $18-20 / hour dependent on candidate experience
- Shift times are 2 : 45p-11p, 10 : 45p-7a
- Steel toed shoes required
- Long pants required in most areas, t shirts acceptable
