Job Description

This Senior Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the Client Services organization in the new Fidelity Brokerage business.

The primary objective of the role will be to provide strategic insights and business case economics in support of our Brokerage Acquisition and Scale & Efficiency efforts.

You will also help with coaching and development of junior associates on the team. As a member of the Brokerage Finance team, you will be responsible for providing senior management with insightful financial analysis and recommendations to guide effective decision-making that impacts Fidelity’s clients and associates.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.
  • 6-8 years of related work experience Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
  • Proven track record to combine a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills
  • You are flexible and able to contribute to the team on multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to tell the story and communicate effectively at varying levels of the organization
  • Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively, including effectively interacting and influencing senior management.
  • Proven ability to craft presentations for senior management
  • Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Project management experience establishing timelines and leading all aspects of the project lifecycle
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building consultative relationships across Finance and the business
  • Ability to gain subject matter expertise in a short time period and apply institutional knowledge to develop quality analytics
  • Shown ability, flexibility, and resourcefulness to run several priorities in a deadline driven environment, having comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge conventional approach
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, drive work and lead others in a highly matrixed environment, displaying the judgment to know when to involve other COEs
  • Strong intellectual curiosity
