Youwillfocusonintroducingrecruitmenttoolsthatwillhelpyourcustomersfind,engageandhiretheperfectcandidateforallpositionsyouwill.

Yourpassiontolearnfromandconnectwithotherswillultimatelyhelpmoreorganizationsfindandhiregreatpeople.

Responsibilities

  • Efficientlyresearchleadsandtargetaccounts.
  • Make 80+ calls a day and setappointmentswithkeydecision makers.
  • Drivepipelinegrowthbycreatingsales-qualifiedleads.
  • UseSalesforce.comCRM.

RequiredSkills

  • 1+years B2B sales experience.
  • Mustbecomfortablesellingtonewbusinessesandexistingcustomers.
  • Excellentphoneskills : comfortablemakingahighvolumeofcallseveryday.
  • Abilitytoengageandcultivatenewleads.
  • Strongoralandwrittencommunicationskills
  • Abilitytoworkinastart up,fast paced,high growthenvironment.
