Marketing Associate - Protein

Job Summary :

Zymo Research is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in bringing our biotechnology innovations to the market.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and business development to develop and execute strategies that ensure the successful commercialization of our products.

This position is full time and is based in our Operations facility located in Tustin, CA. This position is fully onsite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Create Strategic Marketing Goals and Strategy.

Develop and Drive the Operational Plan : Create and execute detailed go-to-market plans, including identifying audience, executing product launch, marketing campaigns, distribution strategies, and sales channel development, creating marketing materials that generate awareness and demand for the product.

Drive Sales : Generate new leads, convert leads, and nurture existing customers.

Performance Evaluation : Continuously monitor the sales of the products. Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess marketing success.

Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Business development to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless commercialization process.

Education and Work Experience :

Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

2+ years of experience in commercialization, product management, or marketing within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing products, preferably in the biotech sector.

Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool.

Understands website metrics and best practices.

Full knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing.

Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Results-driven mindset with excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation :

The estimated hourly range for this position is $26 32 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
