Job Description :

Responsible for keeping line of sight into any data risk and related issues impacting the FLU / CF, in accordance with other data related policies (e.

g. Global Records Management, Business Continuity, Spreadsheet, etc.). Identifies gaps in adherence and immediately escalates.

Works with appropriate partners to develop plans to close gaps. Monitors key performance indicators and internal controls.

Partners with Technology to create an infrastructure and processes that enable adherence to the other data related policies and other regulatory mandates;

this includes system design and architecture, data governance, data integrity, and overall management of data throughout the lifecycle.

Works with other groups as needed, including Compliance, Audit, Operational Risk, and Technology to ensure effective controls over data for respective Domain. May manage others.

The Policy Manager of the Global Records Management - Enterprise Policy and Governance will provide enterprise-wide leadership, governance and drive adherence over records / retention aligned Policy and Standards.

Responsibilities :

• Evolving and / or sustaining enterprise-wide governance processes to ensure transparency, escalations and sustainability of Policy adherence (policy revisions / updates, reporting, guidance development and updates, etc.)
• Partnering with key records-oriented roles (e.g. Global Records Operations Executives, Records Coordinators, etc.) within each FLU / CF to ensure transparency into continued policy adherence, issue / incident management, thematic analysis and reporting
• Engaging with Global Information Security and Global Third Party / Procurement to evolve and drive adherence to the policy and be responsive to evolving internal and external expectations to meet current and emerging risks
• Evolve the partnership with centralized quality assurance leadership and team to ensure business requirements and QA execution measure and drive full adherence to the Policy.
• Serve as a thought leader with aligning to our Common Process Framework and adhere to the EDSGO / Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms (GSEP) policy governance approach driving effective process, control and metric design
• Engaging and providing specific guidance to FLU / CF / LEs in support of on-going Policy adherence, remediation of identified issues and driving stakeholder communications and escalations

Required Qualifications :

• Ability to communicate across diverse Enterprise audience of stakeholders, inclusive of regulatory agencies
• Experience delivering guidance / training and providing day-to-day guidance, influence and subject matter expertise on Records Policy / Standards and best practices
• Demonstrated experience with communicating (written and verbal) to diverse stakeholder groups to ensure clarity and execution against published outcomes
• Process oriented (SPI / POP) and working across enterprise stakeholders to ensure artifacts are of appropriate quality
• Proven ability to develop written materials (decks, briefing materials) used to organize and clearly communicate and memorialize key messages to stakeholders;

metrics / scorecard development

Desired Qualifications :

• Experience participating in / driving Operational Excellence initiatives
• Prior experience managing / support records / retention related requirements (records creation / disposition, record code alignment, etc.)
• Experience supporting large, complex metrics reporting requirements and scorecards
• Familiarity with key data management fundamentals (capture, transport, use)
