Inside Sales Representative

Description

• Acts as a liaison between the customer, sales team, production, buying / scheduling, manufacturing, finance, and logistics.
• Act as the voice of the business and is in direct daily contact with the customer.
• Conveys the status of orders, pricing, and deliveries to the customer
• Responsible for supporting sales activities such as Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), and maintaining both electronic and physical sales order files.
• The Associate also conveys the status of orders, pricing, and deliveries to the customer
