We are currently seeking a Remote Booking Associate who possesses a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and exceptional customer service abilities.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients to tailor their travel experiences based on their preferences, curating enjoyable and memorable trips with appropriate accommodations.
Your responsibilities will include conducting research, planning itineraries, and organizing travel arrangements to meet client requirements.
Additionally, you will be responsible for generating quotes, invoices, and necessary documentation. Staying informed about industry news, updates, restrictions, and best practices will be essential in order to provide travelers with the relevant information needed for seamless journeys.
