As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by prospecting new clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management : Built and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals and challenges to effectively position our marketing solutions.
  • Consultative Selling : Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored marketing proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  • Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and track leads int he CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up, accurateforecasting, and effective pipeline management.
  • Negotiation and Closing : Lead negotiation efforts, addressing client objections, and securing profitable contracts that align with both client expectations and company goals.
  • Collaboration and Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, strategists, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Reporting and Performance Analysis : Prepare regular sales reports, analyze key performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous sales improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven Sales Track Record : Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in the marketing, advertising, or related industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Relationship Building : Adept at building and maintaining client relationships, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility.
