Midlevel General Liability Defense Attorney
Our client is a well-established law firm with a strong civil litigation defense practice in California, known for providing top-notch legal services to its clients.
The firm is currently seeking a skilled and driven Midlevel General Liability Defense Attorney to join their team remotely .
This is a unique opportunity for a talented attorney to advance their career while working from anywhere, in a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Independently manage a caseload of general liability defense matters, including areas such as premises liability, personal injury, auto / trucking accidents, habitability, and construction defect cases.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, and participate in trials when necessary.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and advocacy on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy and planning.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5-7 years of general liability defense experience.
- Must be Bar licensed in California , in good standing
- Ability to work remotely with excellent self-management skills.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a remote setting.
