Job Overview :

Join a fun, fast-growing advertising agency. The Creative Services Coordinator will support the Creative and Web teams by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth project operations.

This role assists with project follow-up, scheduling social media content, creating basic social media assets, and providing administrative support to the creative team.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to successfully executing creative projects.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Creative Services, this position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a creative marketing environment.

The position is on-site in LSM’s Las Vegas office.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Follow-Up : Assist in tracking the progress of creative projects by following up with team members and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with designers and team members to facilitate smooth communication and support project needs.
  • Scheduling : Manage social media content scheduling across various platforms, ensuring posts are timely and aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Administrative Support : Provide support to the creative team, including organizing meetings, taking notes, and preparing project documentation.
  • Social Media Asset Creation : Work alongside our videographer, editors and designers to create and edit basic social media graphics, images, and videos using templates and tools, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Reporting : Compile and prepare routine reports on project status, budget tracking, and team productivity for review by the Senior Manager of Creative Services.
  • Communication : Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, responding to inquiries and providing updates on project timelines and deliverables.

Other Key Attributes / Characteristics

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Basic knowledge of formats and specs for digital video & social media content, and digital marketing assets
  • Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and current trends
  • Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous creative requests and deadlines, and perform in high pressure situations
  • High attention to detail and resourcefulness
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Most importantly, this person needs to be organized, efficient and eager to go the extra mile on every project / initiative
