MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes.
You’ll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and competitive commission compensation for your hard work.

Compensation :
$70,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
- Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
- Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service

Qualifications :
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
- Can spend a large amount of time driving
- Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
- Present yourself in a professional manner
- A real estate license required
