Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Provide menu recommendations and guide guests through their dining experience
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen for preparation
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 6 months experience in a restaurant setting (preferred)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
