Call Center Representative Job Description :
- Manage incoming / outgoing calls from established accounts (hospitals, courthouses, law firms, etc.)
- Obtain legal / medical records requested by clients and providing status updates
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail
Call Center Representative Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Data entry skills and the ability to multi-task
