HOURS
Monday through Friday from 8 : 30am to 6 : 00pm with a half-day off each week OR Monday through Friday from 8 : 30am to 5 : 15pm.
DUTIES
Lead and oversee project management initiatives to enhance member experience by ensuring cross-departmental alignment and collaboration.
Utilize project management expertise to plan, execute, and complete projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Leverage analytical skills to understand member needs, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
Drive solutions by effectively communicating a shared vision, building stakeholder buy-in, and implementing quality control measures.
Ensure successful project outcomes through regular follow-ups, risk management, and post-project evaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years or older with five years of project management experience or a Bachelor's degree and at least two years experience managing projects.
Project management certification(s) preferred, but not required.
