Job Description

Client Partner :

Publicis Sapient's growth is fueled by our clients, the work we do for them and the value we bring to them. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Partner with a proven track record of building business in professional services centered on digital transformation in the Financial Services industry within North America.

Key responsibilities & expectations

The Client partner will be managing and nurturing executive relationships and overseeing the delivery of engagements. They will also be responsible for developing annual new business forecasts and identifying prospective clients and their decision makers.

They will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your existing network and relationships within the industry.

They will be responsible for developing tailored marketing and sales strategies, leading pursuit teams, and creating and presenting proposals with the support of a cross-functional team.

The goal is to win new business for the company.

This role will report to the SVP of our FS Industry vertical where you will focus on developing a strategy to drive revenue into a specific set of new and existing client logos.

Your subject matter expertise, combined with the PS portfolio will be a critical sales differentiator.

  • Create new pursuits in large target accounts and bring forward clear and compelling client propositions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive corporate engagement strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation.
  • Utilize your established network and relationships to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
  • Use a variety of resources to identify specific deals, potential renewals, and potential repeatable business opportunities.
  • Create an innovation agenda to differentiate the PS value proposition with clients.
  • Foster strategic partnerships to help grow the perception of PS and our capabilities. Business partners, marketing campaigns, and thought leadership are examples.
  • Contribute to team education and community for the benefit of the growth office and PS populations. Innovations, thought leadership pieces, client successes, asset demonstrations etc.
  • Maintain a current and compelling set of client reference materials for re-use in the pursuit of client opportunities by you, and by the PS client team population.

Qualifications

Experience and qualifications.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT consulting procurement processes within Financial Services, including RFP / RFI processes, vendor selection criteria, and contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT and business professional services with proven record of developing and closing businesses.

Examples and contributions will be part of the interview process.

Proven ability to be accepted by and communicate at the CxO client level. Executive presence is a subjective qualification but is important and will be assessed as part of the interview process.

  • You are an articulate leader who steers internal teams to outcomes. You embrace mentoring and developing others in your journey.

Flexible and mobile, able to work in a hybrid work from home and office and travel as the role necessitates.

Additional Information

Pay Range : $200,000 - 300,000 USD

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
