Job Summary :

The position will provide professional prophylaxis to patients; perform scaling root planning and selective polishing for designated patients. Employee will provide topical fluoride applications for designated patient and patient education session to include materials for patients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Work with reception to schedule hygiene patients with efficiency
• Carefully review patient health and dental history forms and update as necessary
• Accurately chart each patient’s periodontal health
• Perform through and gentle prophylaxis to patients
• Perform head and neck examinations
• Communicate with patients in a understandable and professional way

Job Qualifications :

This position has been deemed a” Safety-Sensitive” position; therefore, Morton reserves the right to refuse to hire an applicant or may terminate an employee in a “Safety-Sensitive Position” who tests positive for medical marijuana even if he / she has a valid medical marijuana license.
