Ourfront office HerMD Team members are the first faces our patientssee when they enter our building! Therefore the successfulcandidate will possess a positive attitude a smiling face andexceptional organizational and customer service skill set.
Thisposition is a full time position (5 days per week). M W Th F 8 : 00AM4 : 30PM T 11 : 00AM 7 : 00PM (latenight).
Otherresponsibilities will include but are not limited to thefollowing :
Openingand closingoffice
Greetingand assisting patients andvisitors
Answeringphones and returningmessages
Routingmessages to appropriatechannel
Fieldingsales reps / vendor calls and visits to theoffice
NavigatingEMR / PMsystem
Checkingin GYN and Spa patients and providing them with appropriatepaperwork
Ensuringpatient paperwork is completed thoroughly and input into EMR / PMsystemaccurately
Familiaritywith scanning printing faxing and other traditional officetasks
Collectingcopays / patient balances
Checkingpatients out and collecting payments for cashbasedservices
Allocatingpatient payments in EMR / PMsystem
Scheduleauditing andmanagement
Providingpatients with samples / brochures requested byprovider
Schedulingand reschedulingpatients
Fieldingpatient Billing questions and referring them to the properchannels
Maintainingknowledge of Spa services and Retail products
Helpingpatients redeem ecommerce giftcards
Log / redeempatient reward points through 3rd partywebsites
Acceptingmail / packages foroffice
Maintaining / tidyingoffice supplies
Cleaning / sanitizingreception and patient lounge area
Assistin suppliesordering / inventory
Assistteam with shared officetasks (i.e. breakroom maintenance bathroomsupplies / stocking garbage collectionetc)
Notifyingproviders / MA staff with schedulechanges
Monitoringand updating multiple software program / apps used at the frontdesk

- Keeping reception area clean and sanitizingfront desk area and office supplies
- Monitoring bathroom supplies* Notifying providers / MA staff with schedule changes
- Selection ofmusic and monitoring of office sound system
- Monitoring andupdating of multiple software program / apps used at the frontdesk
