Our Director of Finance is looking for full-charge bookkeeper to support a variety of finance related tasks including : PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN IN PERSON POSITION ONLY - THERE IS NO REMOTE OPTION Job Expectations : Full cycle AP / AR Entering / matching expenses and assigning them to correct client Payroll processing - Gusto experience a plus Sales Tax Reports Invoicing manage generation of over 250 invoices on a monthly basis Process & ensure all bank reconciliations are completed accurately & timely Process all General Ledger activity and review for accuracy Reconciling all accounts Creating journal entries Collecting payment from customers Performing month end close Preparing financial statements and report for the management team Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Support Operations team as required Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Assist with customer retention and financial reporting Company Information : Hybridge is the leading provider of Information Technology and Cloud solutions to Venture Capital firms, Start-ups, and other growing businesses in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area.
