VP Engineering, Product, & Design (EPD)
uShip seeks a hands-on VP of EPD to join our executive leadership team as a strategic partner to the CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business-oriented solutions and technology within an established organization focused on modernizing its technology, processes, and execution velocity. Reporting to the CEO, the VP will collaborate closely with the business and other leaders to drive the product roadmap, achieve technology goals, and advance our cloud-based platforms.
The ideal candidate is a proven technology strategist and architect with a track record of leading high-performing engineering, product, and design teams, balancing legacy and modern platforms, executing against product vision, leveraging public cloud stacks, proprietary data, and ML / AI technologies. They will excel in mentoring teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, getting into the weeds, and representing technology strategy at the board level.
