Key Responsibilities
Provide executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives, tracking timelines and deliverables
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership review
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant Executive Administrative Assistance experience, preferably in financial services or insurance
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and expense management software
Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple requests flexibly
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Professional demeanor and executive presence
