Preschool Teacher Assistant (Infant Classroom)
Looking for highly energetic, compassionate, and dedicated teachers to be a part of our AWESOME Infant classroom.
Requirements :
- Must have an associate's Degree, or higher.
- MUST have the ability to read, print, and speak fluent ENGLISH.
- Dependable.
- Pleasant personality.
- Works well as part of the team.
- Willing to learn skills and adapt to the needs based on the children’s care.
- Experience with working in Infant group settings is preferable.
Skills and Training :
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Assist Teachers with curriculum, assessment, and job responsibilities.
- Clean background check.
- Provide a safe, positive, and healthy environment for kids.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Work the same schedule hours every day (Monday-Friday) and be reliable.
- Be able to move around the majority of the day.
- Perform all activities with children such as jumping, dancing, walking, and running.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to children's needs.
- Be able to sit on the floor with the children with the agility to change position quickly.
- Be flexible and willing to work as a team.
