THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a dynamic team player to join our fast-growing company and facilitate social media strategy . This role will partner with the current social media manager, marketing team and CEO to strengthen social media strategy and omni-presence to deliver social campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.

Role / Responsibilities :

Strong proficiency in strategy development, implementation and execution is essential for success in this role.The role involves developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms, conducting audits, and implementing changes based on analysis and trends.

Content creation, including graphics, videos, and copy, is tailored to brand voice and aligned with strategy. Monitoring trends on Instagram and TikTok (and other platforms) informs the creation of relevant video content, while collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures consistency.

Continuous analysis of performance metrics guides optimization efforts, alongside the cultivation of influencer relationships and community engagement initiatives.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Develop, present, and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Lemon8, Discord).
  • Conduct social media audits, provide improvement recommendations, and implement necessary changes.
  • Create, curate, and manage diverse content (graphics, videos, copy) aligned with strategy and analysis based on brand voice and trends.
  • Monitor Instagram and TikTok trends and create relevant video content.
  • Create diverse content forms (graphics, reels, videos) for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts support overall marketing and business objectives while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices as well as changes to enhance social media strategy and implementation.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance regularly, offering insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Monitor social media analytics, track campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Cultivate and expand social media communities through engagement and outreach initiatives.
  • Curate strategies and workflows for affiliate and influencer marketing programs to drive growth.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Manage community building and engagement efforts across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and participate in events to enhance community and brand awareness.
  • Propose and implement features to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Develop Live strategies to enhance engagement and conversions during live events.
  • Participate in and film live events and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Curate social media marketing plans for new sales, product launches, and special releases.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support brand growth and development.

Requirements :

  • This role is fully on-site and remote / hybrid work is NOT available.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Experience with social media management tools.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
