Job Description
Purpose :
The Program Specialist III, under general supervision, assists in the development and implementation of assigned programs.
Responsibilities :
- Assists in developing, enhancing, and delivering assigned program objectives for the assigned department.
- Works in close collaboration with departments.
- Utilizes assessments to ensure that the assigned program meets or exceeds standards.
- Assists in evaluating performance reports and analyzing program statistics for reporting, tracking progress, and making adjustments to programs.
- Increases participation and involvement of various segments of the community.
- Assists in the development, oversight, and approval of program budgets.
- Organize events such as DI Saturday, Aggieland Saturday, Scholarship Banquet, and Senior Banquet.
- Oversees the ETAM process for ETID.
- Assists in course scheduling.
- Assists in selection of scholarship awardees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What we need :
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of related experience.
