Job Description

Purpose :

The Program Specialist III, under general supervision, assists in the development and implementation of assigned programs.

Responsibilities :

  • Assists in developing, enhancing, and delivering assigned program objectives for the assigned department.
  • Works in close collaboration with departments.
  • Utilizes assessments to ensure that the assigned program meets or exceeds standards.
  • Assists in evaluating performance reports and analyzing program statistics for reporting, tracking progress, and making adjustments to programs.
  • Increases participation and involvement of various segments of the community.
  • Assists in the development, oversight, and approval of program budgets.
  • Organize events such as DI Saturday, Aggieland Saturday, Scholarship Banquet, and Senior Banquet.
  • Oversees the ETAM process for ETID.
  • Assists in course scheduling.
  • Assists in selection of scholarship awardees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What we need :

  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three years of related experience.
