DaVita Kidney Care is on a mission to deploy digital solutions improving patient health. Joining the patient digital product team, the new analyst will be part of a resourceful group focusing on product marketing, change management, and the go-to-market process.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities :

- Assist in creating digital and print communications, guides, and promotional materials.
- Create and maintain a database of internal knowledge articles and collateral.
- Update existing materials as the product evolves.
- Manage and update DaVita’s intranet page for teammates.
- Create and manage digital promotions and training.
- Master Acoustic for email campaigns and coordinate distribution lists.
- Analyze digital promotion reach and guide future strategies.
- Conduct live virtual training sessions for products.
- Maintain campaign management tools in Smartsheets.
- Provide Tier II support for teammates and patients, analyzing reports for trends.
