This positionprovides the successful candidate with the opportunity to join theSolarEdge North America Sales Team and have a major part in leadingthe Company s sales efforts in all segments of the solar industryresidential commercial and utility through direct and channelsales.
Duties andResponsibilities :
- Identifyand close sales opportunities in accordance with the Company soverall strategic plans and financialobjectives
- Develop and grow relationships withstrategic prospects large accounts and solar distributionchannels
- Actively pursue direct sales leadswith installers distributors investors and utility companies
- Assist with revenue forecasting and reviewsales results to ensure goals are achieved. Take corrective actionwhen / where required
- Strengthen partnershipswith leading solar project developers to ensure SolarEdge remainsthe supplier of choice for their solar energy storage and EVcharging projects
- Assist the product managementteams to define and improve the product portfolio for use in the USmarket by providing strategic product feedback and evolvingindustry trends
- Provide input regardingmarketing and product positioningstrategies
- Execute brand and messagingstrategies. Act as an external evangelist for the SolarEdgebrand

Requirements :
- BA / BS degree. BS in arelated technical or business discipline aplus
- Minimum 3 years experience in technicalsales
- Demonstrated track record of identifyingnegotiating converting and closing large dollaragreements
- Verifiable track record of marketshare growth and overachievement
- Strongtechnical aptitude and ability to promote SolarEdge technicalbenefits to prospects in simple compellingmessaging
- Ability to identify and convert newaccounts while maintaining existingrelationships
- Demonstrated success in operatingeffectively in an entrepreneurial fastpaced complex rapid growthenvironment
- Highly effective interpersonalverbal and written communication skills
- Hungryproven teamplayer who is a gogetter with a strong cando and handsonattitude!
