Service Technician for Commercial, Heating and Cooling Repair and Maintenance.
Ability to work on HVAC rooftop equipment, commercial split systems, small boilers, water heaters, electrical pumps, heat pumps, water heaters, electrical pumps, small make-up air systems, tube heaters and any other related equipment.
3 to 5 years minimum experience-the more the better, clean driving record, ability to diagnose problems, ability to list / order materials and supplies if needed, must be able to read wiring diagrams, make repairs and replacements, have good customer relations and skills, ability to work on ladders and be able to lift compressors and motors, EPA certification, have necessary tools, professional appearance and good attitude, ability to work 40 hours a week and occasional weekend on-call and daily time and invoice recording on tablet.
