Alpharetta, GAMarketing Marketing / Full-time / RemoteApply for this jobThe Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer will need to collaborate with the organization and team members to optimize our success in our digital advertising results, digital experience engagements, and lead conversions across multiple channels.

In this role you’ll be responsible for the optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud personalization to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

As well as crafting engaging and user-friendly websites and digital products. You'll work closely with web developers and product teams to translate requirements into stunning, functional designs. Responsibilities :

• Works as part of an agile marketing ops team to help maintain the technical blueprinting and development of Marketing Cloud personalization, including sitemap development, MCP integrations, MCP Templates, and Campaigns.
• Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and execute projects that leverage MCP capabilities.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on MCP best practices and techniques.
• Design and develop visually appealing and responsive web interfaces, landing pages, and user paths that enhance user interaction with Foxit's digital products.
• Implement design aesthetics with a focus on user experience, including layout, color schemes, typography, and responsive design principles.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in marketing technology, particularly in the areas of customer data management and personalization. Qualifications / Skills :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation principles.
• Deep Understanding of Website personalization and personalized email creation using Marketing Cloud Personalization, including Site map Development.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizations and integrations and modern web design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and proficiency in creating responsive web designs + Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and web usability standards.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Candidates in GA, MA, NC, VA, FL, SC only Foxit is a progressive, open-minded meritocracy.
