As Support Coordinator, your role is built upon general accounting but you have the opportunity to be part of the heartbeat of our company;
touching all departments and operations, ensuring revenues and expenses are correct for our team and for our customers.
This position can be based at either of our HQ locations; Rochester, NY or Concord, NC

What You’ll Do
- Work in conjunction with operations to accurately report production per our contracts : Billing customersAccounts receivableAnalyzing profit and loss statements
- Reconcile jobs, contracts and reports to ensure accurate reporting
- Produce and submit customer invoices to make sure our hard work is compensated for
- Process all requested reports accurately and efficiently
- Assists company personnel, customers and others with resolution of problems
Keys to Success
- Experience with accounting, general ledger, and job costing
- Ability to cross-train and learn multiple customers and processes
- Ability to stay organized to meet weekly timelines
- Ability and tenacity to solve problems
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Detail-oriented and ability to maintain accuracy of information
- Enjoy working in a high-volume fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm
What You’ll Need
- Associate's degree in a business-related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software
