As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and developing innovative strategies to propel our company's growth trajectory.

About This Role :

In this role you'll be the driving force behind our company's growth initiatives, playing a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue.

Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market research to identify potential customers, and initiating contact through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.

You'll work closely with senior members of the marketing and business development teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging innovative strategies to generate new business opportunities.

In this role, you'll serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, effectively articulating our value proposition and building rapport to nurture relationships.

You'll also collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, continuously refining our approach to maximize success.

Additionally, you'll track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our outreach efforts, providing valuable insights to inform future strategies.

As an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development while contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

Meet the humans behind the business, Co-Founders, George and Ryan :

George is a proud husband to Stef and father of two amazing daughters, Raelyn and Adelynn. He is passionate about organic cooking, IRONMAN (completing his first full race in 2020), Scouting (a passionate Eagle Scout), global travel, reading and family time.

With a BS-BA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, George brings over a decade of experience in building successful enterprises, notably starting and scaling an independent finance business with a successful exit.

George’s role in ProducifyX is to support the development of the businesses infrastructure, from Business Development, Marketing, Financial Strategy, to rolling up his sleeves and doing whatever is needed to support the team and serve the client needs.

Ryan has been happily married to his wife for over 2 decades, and they share the joy of raising four amazing children : twins Matthew & Maverick, Kason, and Kaylee.

He finds passion in hobby farming (complete with his own blue Ford tractor), bow hunting, fishing, shed hunting, church activities (including a 2-year mission in Jamaica), sports, and cherishing family time.

With a background in building multiple successful ventures, notably building a finance practice with offices in Chicago, Kansas City and Columbia, MO.

Ryan’s primary focus within ProducifyX aligns with training and developing new account representatives to ensure client deliverables are in parallel to the growth expectations of the firm.

Additionally, both George and Ryan serve as Shareholders and Board Members at the Forbes top ranked global advisory firm, N2Growth, Inc.
