The Opportunity : As VP of Finance, you’ll be an integral part of the senior leadership team, responsible for shaping the company’s financial strategy and supporting its growth initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with the CFO and ownership, managing a finance & accounting department and overseeing key financial initiatives.
- Salary Range : $225,000 to $295,000 annually DOE
- Bonus : Discretionary / Performance-based
- Location : Onsite in Pasadena, CA

Desired Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification and MBA preferred
- Experience : 7+ years in progressive accounting / finance roles, with 3+ years managing staff and advising privately held ownership
- Skills : Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, accounting software, and ERP systems; strong analytical and leadership abilities
- Industry Experience : Preferred experience in wholesale distribution, global supply chain, or manufacturing
