Position Overview
As an Innovation Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager Innovation Marketing in the Innovation and Lifecycle Marketing organization, you will join an agile group leading the development of growth strategies across Autodesk, including product-led growth (PLG).
Our team works across functional and technical organizations within Autodesk to identify, propose, test, and mature break-through go-to-market capabilities that deliver business growth and customer value.
A crucial part of your role will be to develop relationships across our product portfolio. To do this, you will work alongside data analysts to understand each team’s business, and where PLG can support their business targets.
To be successful, you will leverage your business acumen, ability to interpret data, and create plans to help various teams drive towards shared outcomes.
We are hybrid and remote friendly. We come onsite when needed for meaningful meetings.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategy for PLG in various products
Manage the day-to-day of pods and working groups; developing plans, reviewing work products and managing timelines
Identify partners across multiple organizations, and develop relationships to move our strategy forward
Work with data analysts on our team to size, define and understand opportunities
Identify, scope projects and manage those projects through to delivery
Use storytelling capabilities to develop presentations for leadership
Organize and facilitate strategy workshops with multiple organizations to design solutions and align execution
Create technical documentation to keep projects organized and support program reporting
Identify risks, process challenges and dependencies
Scope experiments with partners to drive growth loops, conversion and retention
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years experience working in growth marketing, SaaS or similar environment
Experience working with product and engineering teams
Experience in A / B testing and storytelling with data
Experience developing presentations to senior partners
Experience in project and partner management
Experience in facilitation techniques such as LUMA
Familiarity with Autodesk products and industries we serve

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,600 and $182,160.
Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $107,800 and $148,280.
Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
