Technology & Systems Department
The Technology & Systems department drives technological innovation for the company and advances the technology strategy to support global growth.
This includes IT, Software Development, OT / Automation Systems, and business process improvement. At Vantage, we are very hands on.
In most cases, we specify, purchase, configure and maintain all networking and server hardware. We also work closely with partner VARs to learn about the latest technology changes so we can make informed purchase decisions.
The Technology & Systems department participates in designing each of our new data center building's networking infrastructure, including but not limited to diverse pathways connecting to carriers, meet-me room (MMR) hosting (rack, cabs, ladders, cross connect panels.
wireless AP coverage, etc.
We rely on extreme collaboration with Sales, Construction, Operations and Corporate Functions to drive simplification, establish global standards with continuous improvement and speed to value.
We are working to build a reliable, scalable, sustainable, and secure technology roadmap / landscape that enables us to better serve our customers and employees and be the partner of choice.
Our focus is on speed to value with financial and execution discipline. We strive to double the good, halve the bad, in half the time.
Position Overview
This role can be based in our US location : Denver, CO. in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).
Vantage is seeking an analytical and solution-driven IT Analyst to act as a key liaison between the Infrastructure & Service Desk teams and various internal stakeholders.
The IT Analyst will capture, analyze, and document requests for new IT services, identify opportunities to leverage technology for business improvements, and facilitate the implementation of solutions.
The ideal candidate is proactive in conducting research, developing roadmaps, and offering insights to enhance business operations through technology.
Essential Job Functions
Requirements Gathering :
Capture, analyze, and document requests for new IT services from stakeholders.
Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable tasks for the Infrastructure & Service Desk teams.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Act as a liaison between Infrastructure & Service Desk departments and various internal stakeholders.
Establish strong relationships with stakeholders by building trust and rapport.
Service Request Analysis :
Receive and evaluate service or infrastructure requests, ensuring all requirements and justifications are clearly documented.
Research & Technology Analysis :
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas where technology can improve business operations and processes.
Gap Analysis & Roadmaps :
Perform gap analysis to determine where existing systems fall short and provide recommendations for improvements.
Develop roadmaps and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate potential technology solutions.
Process Improvement :
Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to optimize technology integration and service delivery.
Additional Duties :
Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience :
2 years of experience in systems administration, application management, or a role with similar responsibilities.
Demonstrable expertise in various technical areas, including systems and network administration, software installation and configuration.
Data Center experience is preferred, but not required
Skills :
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of Office365, monitoring systems, SQL databases
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Customer-focused with a passion for enhancing employee experience.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

Additional Details
Salary Range : $95,000-$100,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
