This is an office-based position.

Responsibilities

  • Understands and drives all / most aspects of base wealth product implementations
  • Can offer a diagnosis as it relates to client problems and offer solutions that don't currently exist.
  • Oversee technical delivery of releases to iPipeline clients
  • Responsible for providing estimates on level of effort, scope, and milestones.
  • Responsible for translating the customer's business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Demo wealth product functionality to customers, end users and company management, and take technical information and translate it to be understood by various audiences
  • Lead joint solution design sessions directly with client team members, identifying potential solutions and scope for consideration, and / or troubleshooting known issues.
  • Assess the business impact of certain technical choices and inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
  • Actively engage and cultivate relationships with internal and external teams to promote effective collaboration and improvements.
  • Guide and promote best practices
  • Drive positive change.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in the technical implementation of software solutions
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to self-manage time and workload
  • Excellent analytical, system design, written, verbal, and customer communication skills
  • Ability to gather and translate requirements
  • Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

  • Wealth Management industry knowledge
  • Experience working in Jira, SQL Server, Office 365, Postman, Swagger
  • Basic understanding of workflow engines (iGrafx, Vizio)
  • Knowledge of agile scrum methodology
