We have a rapidly growing company expanding its sales team in the greater Phoenix area!
We are seeking to hire two Territory Sales Managers for the greater Phoenix area one for Phoenix / Southern Arizona and the other for Phoenix / Northern Arizona.
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for educating therapists, physicians and patients on products in an assigned territory.
Responsible for establishing sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. Responsible for penetrating underserved clinical markets.
Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints. Must maintain compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
What you Need :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of referral-based sales experience
- Must have sales experience with in-person product demonstrations at private practice physician offices or physical therapy clinics.
VA sales experience is a plus.
Demonstrated success interacting with patients, customers, and clinicians
What you get :
- Base salary of $85,000
- UNCAPPED Comp Plan with commission received on every device placed
- 1st Year earnings expectation of $175k - $225K
