The ideal candidate will possess :
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including customisation, configuration, and integration.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Salesforce certifications, particularly in Field Service Lightning, are highly desirable.
In this role, you will :
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive solution designs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends to continuously enhance solution offerings.
