Job Responsibility :

We're seeking someone with a sales-minded approach, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, energetic attitude for our next fitness sales associate.

You should be passionate about health and fitness and thrive in an environment that pushes you to exceed personal and team goals.

Our ideal candidate brings at least a year of sales experience along with a good understanding of how to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals.

This shift is part-time, 30 hours per week, with a schedule from 3 PM to 10 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation : $15+ hourly

Responsibilities :

• Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully through excellent customer service
• Greet members and guests at the studio, answer phones, and assist the front desk with various tasks
• Organize and manage promotion initiatives both inside and outside the studio
• Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and exceptional customer service
• Generate leads through outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email, and local events
• Maintain cleanliness of the gym at all times
• Seek new sales opportunities
• Relay member complaints to the manager

Qualifications :

• Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• At least 1 year of sales experience or work in a similar role is preferred
• Stays organized and manages time well
