Qualifications
- Occupational Therapies-Master degree in Occupational Therapy
- COTA-Associate or Bachelor level degree
- State Certification
- Work closely with school staff, parents and healthcare providers to ensure students’ medical necessity are met
Details :
OT / COTA needed in Mishawaka, IN :
- 40 hrs / week
- ASAP until end of May
- Prek-6th grades
- 147 on caseload but some are consult only - this caseload is meant to be split with another COTA or OT, but currently all they have are some retired OT's helping while we search for another COTA or OT.
- Director is willing to be flexible and let candidate work out how many schools / week they can do because he knows 147 students is too many for just one person to service.
- direct services only - two retired OTs do all the testing and supervision here
- 7 elementary buildings (most are about 10 mins apart from the other) about 2 sites per day
