This is not an onsite position and does not come with a free unit)
Full-Time Job, Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM, 1 hour lunch break, work 4 days in office and 1 day remote! Annual Salary : $66,560 - $80,000.
LAPMG is looking for a well-rounded candidate with two (2) years of experience with 300-500+ units serving as a Property Supervisor at a property management company.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
This person will work with the Property Owners (Clients), Company Executives, Maintenance Coordinators, Resident Managers, and tenants to ensure high performance of regional portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Two (2) years or more as a Property Supervisor
- This experience must include supervising on-site / resident managers.
- Experienced smartphone owner / user
- Punctual, reliable and team player
- Valid CA driver's license and insured vehicle
- Computer literate, experience with Microsoft Office, and Appfolio or Yardi
- Type at least 55-65 wpm
- Appfolio experience is a positive attribute for us
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Live within 30 minutes of Studio City
- Have 2-3 professional references if requested after first interview
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to both multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Low income recertification experience a plus!
