The lab director will have support from the operations manager and clinical manager. The Ideal candidate will have hospital laboratory experience and national certification by ASCP, AMT, and AAB.
The Hospital Laboratory Director will provide quality outcomes of the laboratory, overall operations, direction, and leadership for the management team and Lab staff.
The director will be the driving force for initiatives to increase accuracy and enforce protocols and procedures. This employee will educate MT staff and support new staff to learn the laboratory process.
