We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to supervise ABA programs in the home and school settings. You’ll manage teams of behavior interventionists in collaboration with clinical team, provide on-going staff and parent training, and conduct behavior assessments as part of your responsibilities.
Will service the Corona / Riverside Areas
Salary based on experience and education.
Position Requirements and Interpersonal Skills of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst status in good standing
- Minimum 3 years experience providing ABA services
- Experience in a supervisory position
- Manage required documentation in timely manner
- Have reliable transportation
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Time management skills
- Collaborative focus
- Strong work ethic
- Conflict resolution skills
- Mature interpersonal and social skills
