DescriptionResponsibilities : Ensure community facilities are well maintainedSchedule and participate in maintenance projectsPerform plumbing work such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, zone valves, pipe sections, etcPerform carpentry work such as fitting doors, replacing molding, repairing structural framing, and refinishing floorsClean grounds, and common areasPaint, tape and spackleRepair concrete, masonry, roofing and fencesMaintain and Monitor HVAC systemsMaintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, turnovers, annual inspections, inventories and purchase ordersRecommend improvements at facilities and / or servicesEnsure work is completed as assigned, within the specified timeframe the amount allocatedOther duties assignedBenefits : Medical, Dental, PTO (Paid Time Off), Paid Sick Leave and 12 Holidays.

- Minimum of 3 years’ previous apartment maintenance or related experience
- Ability to communicate and work with various levels of management and personalities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to tactfully and diplomatically interact with residents
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor
- Necessary tools to perform general maintenance
