What is your mission?
- Lead the Instructional Design team to support their career development through continuous learning and development
- Report on Instructional Design team workload, capacity, and quality
- Strategize day-to-day operations of Instructional Design team such as project scheduling, work allocation and team development
- Plan, manage and implement instructional design and quality product design review to ensure output of Instructional Designers is up to company s global excellence standard
- Create and manage project documentation including design templates, standards, style guides, technical specifications, and storyboards
- Maintain, update, recommend improvements to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Preferable with 5 - 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Solid understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles.
- Solid knowledge of course development software and experience with Learning Management System(s).
- Multimedia learning design experience preferred, to include mobile learning technology, video based learning and virtual learning methods.
- Highly innovative with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.
